The Gardens of Schönbrunn Palace

Schönbrunn is basically a mini Versaille, except it's actually right in the city rather than a 45-minute drive away. While you have to pay entry to tour the palace, I actually prefer to stroll the gardens for free. My favorite route is up to the Marionette and over to the Palmenhaus. Easy to get to on the subway.
